The lessee of the existing Pavilion Hotel (Block 6 Section 1 Dickson) is proposing to redevelop the hotel site to construct a mixed-use development comprising:

  • Approximately 395 residential units
  • Approximately 865 car parking spaces
  • 5 small retail/commercial units plus a gym
  • 3 separate buildings each of 9 storeys plus a small building of 3 storeys
  • Roof terrace recreation spaces

The proposed development will be constructed in two stages to enable the hotel to continue operating while the first stage is being constructed.
